The Back to School Bundle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Connolly Music Company, doing business as StringOvation, 8 Vernon Valley Road, E. Northport, NY 11731 (the "Sponsor").
The Giveaway begins on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Entry requires an Instagram account in good standing; accounts must have been created before the start of the Promotion Period.
Entry is via Instagram only. During the Promotion Period:
One qualifying comment counts as one entry; additional comments do not increase your chances of winning.
Limit: one (1) entry per person, per Instagram account, and per household for the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate, automated, scripted, or bulk entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) StringOvation Back to School Bundle, consisting of one (1) set of Thomastik-Infeld Evertone violin strings, one (1) K&M music stand, rosin, and accessories. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $94.50. Total ARV of all prizes: $283.50.
Prizes are awarded as is, with no substitution, transfer, or cash redemption, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes ship to a valid address within the eligible territory only. Any prize not claimed within thirty (30) days after winner notification will be forfeited.
On or about Monday, October 5, 2026, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing is conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified within three (3) business days of the drawing by Instagram direct message to the entering account. A potential winner must respond and provide a valid shipping address within five (5) days of notification. Failure to respond within that time, a returned or undeliverable notification, non-compliance with these Official Rules, or refusal of the prize will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release before the prize is awarded.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation.
The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; for technical, network, or human errors that may affect entry, notification, or administration; or for any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to participation. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, Instagram, and Meta from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize.
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is collected and used by the Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.stringovation.com/privacy-policy, for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, and for marketing communications from the Sponsor, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address above, Attn: Back to School Bundle Giveaway Winners, within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period, or email info@connollymusic.com.
